Shipping & Returns
Chevalla Park uses Australia Post for all our shipping. We aim to ship all orders within 7 to 10 days of payment.
All orders (not including decals) will have an Australia Post tracking number supplied to you once shipped. Chevalla Park is not responsible for Australia Post delivery times. If you believe Australia Post is taking too long to deliver your parcel, please lodge an enquiry with them.
Postage costs are inclusive of GST and are set to cover the cost of postage and packaging. Great care is taken when packing your parcel to ensure you receive your item in perfect condition.
Shipping costs start from $10 for small items. Larger items such as PVC gear bags may cost up to $50 to ship—depending on quantity and area to be delivered.
Return & Exchange Policy
Thanks for shopping at Chevalla Park. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note, personalised items are non-refundable.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will contact you to discuss a replacement or refund.
Shipping on Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
There are no returns or refunds available on personalised items that have been made to measure to your requirements. Any of these items requiring adjustments, will need to be paid for by you.
