A Little Bit About Chevalla Park
My name is Kathryn (Kathy, Kath, Kate, Kat). I am the owner/operator/seamstress/designer at Chevalla Park.
In 2016, I began a small business, in what was my lounge room. I offered horse rug repairs and industrial seamstress services. I live on 25 acres and decided to name the property Chevalla Park. The property name later became the business' name.
Chevalla Park grew quickly from horse rug repairs to other horse merchandise. Having horses and dogs, I quickly realised that Australian made pet products were hard to come by. I grew up in the Harness Racing Industry so I decided to start with personalised race gear for horses and their owners/trainers.
I then turned my skills to harnesses for dogs. I had a lot of customers who owned dogs. Many of them couldn’t find a safe, well fitting harnesses for their dogs. With the help of a friend, I designed the Chevalla Park Dog Harness.
Not long after the release of my harness, I purchased a Doggy Car Seat for my Maltese Polly. I was so disappointed in the quality and design, I decided to create my own. The Chevalla Park Pet Seat was born.
Chevalla Park now takes up five rooms in my house and has a shop front. The business has kept expanding and now offers, not only personalised horse gear, such as Browbands, Headstalls, Stable Tie Up leads and Breastplates, but much more. This includes, but its not limited to:
A range of PVC gear bags suitable for all horse industries, Dog Collars, Leads, Harnesses, Coats, and gift wear and merchandise for all animals lover, plus much more!
At Chevalla Park, I have always prided myself on creating products that my customers need and want, which is why I offer the option for you to customise and personalise our items. I am always happy to help!
Chevalla Park can assist with personalised gift wear or signs for your home or business. I can also print promotional gear for your business including shirts.
Chevalla Park is a small family business with huge dreams and, most importantly, a great sense of humour. Nothing is weird to us.
